A Brief History of the Burning Bush International Bible InstituteFor many years from time to time the Lord has spoken to me both personally and prophetically about my part in raising up a Bible College. This goes back well over 20 years at least; my old Apostolic mentor, Royal Cronquist spoke over me on several occasions about my calling as a teacher and administrator of a Bible College of some kind (he left out many of the specifics, but nailed it down that the Lord was calling me to be an instrument that would produce strong Ministers of the Word that would go throughout the world bringing the message of the Kingdom to many). The Prophetic Teacher, Stacy Wood (who knew nothing of Brother Cronquist's prophecies) also prophesied some very similar things over us in the late 1980's. Then, in the fall of 2004, while Ministering in the nation of South Africa a brother from Nigeria who was visiting and attending some of our conferences in Johannesburg began to prophesy over me one night. The prophecy was so similar to those of brothers Cronquist and Wood that I recognized immediately it was the Lord renewing the call on my life to raise up a Bible School. So, after I got back home to the USA and after much prayer and supplication in the Spirit I visited Minneapolis, MN with Dr. Stephen Jones; while rehearsing the recent developments in the Bible School program (by this time the Lord had made it clear to me that the Bible Institute was something that should be set up in an Online Format, with students from around the world) Stephen began to share with me that the recent sale of the Bible College that he had been part of in Port Austin, MI had made him wonder if God was not calling him to a similar work as I had been describing to him. Later that evening while in prayer, the Lord confirmed to both of us that this was exactly what the Lord wanted us to do; the material for the first year curriculum would be made up largely of Dr. Jones' already published books and booklets. The second, third, and fourth year's curriculum would be made up of a combination of Dr. Jones' material and other's of like precious faith and content. Surprisingly, the Lord mandated that students be exposed to such kingdom truths as 'UR' in the first year, leaving the Bill Britton material for their second year of study. If you are someone who feels the call of God upon your life or who has the burden of the Lord upon them to effectively minister the Word of the Kingdom, or just someone who loves the Word of God and desires to expand your understanding of the same, then we highly recommend this course to you. As you undoubtedly know, Dr. Jones' Ministry is very profound and his material very unique, in that it opens the hearts of individuals to receive the Word of God as very few ministries can do.
